This Privacy Policy describes how Romp for the Rescues, LLC handles information you provide when you register, volunteer, make a payment, or otherwise use rompfortherescues.org.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event or volunteer preferences, and any information you include in a form.
We use the information you provide to communicate with you about your registration, payment, volunteering, or event participation. We do not keep that information after it has been used for that communication.
We do not share your information with anyone outside our staff, except where it appears in emails used to communicate with you. Those emails may be received by the staff members responsible for responding to you or coordinating an event.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card number, CVV, bank account number, or similar payment credentials. Stripe handles payment information according to its own privacy policy.
